The Reservoir
The farm and all grass areas are irrigated with water from La Quinta's 2000 cubic meter reservoir.
The reservoir is filled with spring water from the canal coming down from the mountain.
In the future we will be adding Pejerrey to the reservoir in intent to live in harmony and equilibrium with the environment creating an ecosystem.
