The Farm
The current crops are different types of berries (raspberry varieties, currants, gooseberry, blackberry and boysenberry) which occupy only 0.3 hectare of the agriculture area.
In the future vegetables, grapes, strawberries and asparagus will be included among others.
La Quinta's reservoir provides fresh filtered spring water for the farm's drip irrigation system.
We have limited the use of chemicals in intent to live in harmony and equilibrium with the environment.
